    Red face Game!

    I want to place this game on windows Xp prof but wont let me.

    When i open it it says play game so i click and then it comes up -

    "We are sorry but the operating system has failed to provide the window to render the games graphics in"

    I press ok, it then brings up,

    runtime error!

    program - E:/program files/18 wos pedal to the metal/prisim 3d.exe

    The application has requested runtime to terminate it.

    whats wrong!?!

    Yes like we can answer with such little information.
    What game? Where did the game come from? Is it by a company, try checking with them first as they will be able to assist you with a FAQ or troubleshooting.

    Seriously man, think about your post's clearly before making them, I see no real info there. Here let me sum up what you gave us:

    Have you read the requirements for the game? If possible, right click the file, goto Compatibility tab, try ticking Windows 98 and see if it works.

    Or, as already posted, where did you get the game from, maybe its dodgee malware or something

    the path of the game was given in his post...
    XP pro was designed to be backwards compatible...TO AN EXTENT. Not all older games will run.
    I see it's a 3D game...You have to hve a good 3D video card, the latest direct X patches, an ample amount of RAM and CPU speed etc...Also, turn off AntiVirus programs and internet firewalls because that could cause problems.
