FTP Applet Client

Does anyone know if a company out there is offering something which meets the following?

Provide a java based applet that runs in IE or Netscape which allows the client to FTP files from the client computer to the FTP server.
It should properly handle error conditions.
It should allow restarting of an interrupted upload.
It should allow the client to browse for the file(s) to be uploaded.
We want to dynamically specify the upload directory on the FTP server rather than requiring the client to manually specifying the upload directory.

This is a URL to a small company that provides much of the functionality we need but it does not meet all of our needs.
