Thread: Referencing MSComm??!

    I want to use the MSComm control in my program. but i can't find it in the controls when i want to add or reference it. I have VB6. can anyone help pleasE? thanks.

    Do you have MSCOMM32.OCX on your machine? If yes, try to register it with regsvr.

    I searched my hard disks for the file and apparently it's not there. How can i get it?

    MSCOMM32.OCX only come in the Visual Basic Professionnal and Entreprise edition. So if you have the learning edition you won't be able to get it.
