802.11 Programming in VB.net

I need help programming 802.11 in VB.NET. I have a Microsoft MN-720
PCMCIA card on my laptop running windows XP. Is there a COM or .NET
package that would allow me to create an easy to use object for accessing my card? Sample code would be very helpful. Any help would be rockin'.
