naruponk,
Yes, you should have all the programs you mentioned and a few more. These are my favorites.
Symantec Anti-Virus
Moosoft - Trojan Detector
Ad-Aware - Ad/Spyware Detector
Registry Mechanic - Registry Cleaner
Ultimate PopUp Killer
ZoneAlarm Firewall

If you are using Windows 2003 as a server in a commerical environment i would recomend sophos (http://www.sophos.com/).
It gives you all round protection and client machines on the network are forced to have it installed !
Makes administration fun

Re: Windows 2003 Security
My recommendations are:
NOD32 - AntiVirus
Microsoft AntiSpyware - Spyware/Adware
We recently had a major disaster at school two days ago after installing SAV10, it killed the entire network for the whole day (Killed our fileservers until we uninstalled it), chews up resources like crazy (~80MB RAM), doesn't seem to pick up viruses until they are in the system restore cache, so I strongly advise against it.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

I also recommend Sophos Anti-Virus as it forces people on the network to have it installed.
My school have used this for the past year and have managed to combat every virus thrown at them.
As for anything else, i don't really know.
