Speed up Firefox

I just installed it, and it seems to speed up opening Fx, as well as opening pages. Make sure you back up the cfg (using the button) before applying settings, while Fx is closed.

I don't know if it is because I already have some optimisation settings in the about:config dialog, but Tucows loading time went from about 15 seconds to about 47 seconds after 'optimisation'
