program is given a text and it can type it to another prog?

ok I need to figure out how to make a prog that you can paste text into and that program will type the text into another program.
Here is why I want to do so: There is a program in my school wich you have to use to finish the typingexercises, in this program you can't use past and so I have been wondering if the programsource im looking for is possible or not. Please give me a hand

Not that you should be cheating or anything, but you can use sendkeys to send text to another program. They may have forgotten about the CTRL+V shortcut...
