George Galloway

He should've just slapped the senator and sent him to bed with no tea

Re: George Galloway
I liked the 'there will be consequences' bit.
Exactly how much authority does a US senator thinks he has in Britain?
Made me laugh out loud infact.

Re: George Galloway
He at least had the balls to come over and attempt to defend himself. But I certainly wouldn't be jumping on his bandwagon. Especially after reading this!

Re: George Galloway
I can't read that as it's blocked by the filter thingy on the firewall. He's is seen as a bit dodgy over here in England - and surprise MP at that.

Re: George Galloway
Just a bit of "light" reading. Here's the headline, so you can guess the nature of the article.
George Galloway enjoyed three-in-a-bed orgies with devil worshipping pimp from the Special Republican Guard
Documents unearthed in Baghdad brothel prove depths of MP's carnal depravity

How 'reliable' is the Rockall Times?

I think that he showed Paxman up . .. and that certainly made me laugh.

Most politicians, when they don't have the answer to a question they just start talking about something else. But not George Galloway, he has a go at the interviewer as if to say - "how dare you try and catch me out like that"

Re: George Galloway
If it was found he had lied under oath, there would be "consequences", he said.
Like yrwyddfa; I like this quote also but for different reasons.
It insinuates that he lied without accusing him of it. So there is no proof required and the seed has been planted in peoples minds.
It was all a bit of a joke only two of the twelve accusers turned up. Given reports of US and UK turning a blind eye to a lot of illegal transactions when it was in their interest, one would be forgiven for suspecting that maybe this is all about focusing peoples attention elsewhere.

Re: George Galloway
I think it's fishy that one guy is being hung up for this. Didn't we see this all at Watergate?
Come on, this is not the only guy who is profiting from the Iraq war. Lets not be so naive.
It's a set up. Who is running the show? Who are the advisors to Blair? Find out who is running the King's Court.
