    Question

    hi! if i want to use the rasapi32.dll to connect to the internet, how/where do i start? ***WHAT'S THE FIRST THING I SHOULD DO/NEED TO KNOW?*** is the rasapi32.dll a component or reference that i can add to a form in visual basic? please help. thanks in advance.
