    When I try to run packages created with the VB/Visual Studio installer, some machines run the .msi package properly, some machines prompt the user for which program to associate .msi files with. What can I do to get those machines to execute .msi packages? (usually Win9x based machines)

    Check out the project properties, "Build type" must be set to "Installer with Windows Installer Loaded", that will install the necessary stuff first (if needed) before it runs the setup
