Time servers2
I need a site that holds a updated clock, or some way to reach time.windows.com from http or something..

Type NET TIME /? from a command prompt. There are a lot of different options.
You should be able to get one of them to work,
btw - it is to set the clock on your local machine.

are there any sites that do this? because id like to use it on my program, rather than changing my clock settings

Huh? time.windows.com is an NTP time server, not http. Infact, most time servers are NTP servers.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

HTTP 400 - Bad Request.
Exactly what you should see because it's not a web server, but a time server.
