Bug on a network.... Bird on a wire.

You mean like some type of employee tracking software?

Spell some BIG NASTY WORDS with your mouse. For fun, make them backwards.
I did that once, and within 5 minutes, I had a visit from the chief guru to see what I was clicking all over my screen. When he saw that it was a Word doc, he figured it out. If you have a faster machine than your co-workers, there is a good chance that you are being watched. It can be as simple as Remote Desktop, which has been readily available since W2K came out.

Remote desktop does not allow you to see what a user has on the screen, rather it allows you to take control of a computer, logging out any users. You can only do it if your user account has been specifically setup to allow this behaviour, which is off by default due to privacy concerns it presents.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

Some extra, 'unknown' processes running in the task manager, perhaps? Unless those were concealed too...
