    Re: Injection

I have noted one bad thing ...
When anyone post easy problem/question ..
Then a lot of replies come to lay down .. but when there is any technical or difficult question ...
    Then silence prevails.

    Re: Injection

If that's the only thing you noted so far then we are doing pretty darn well!

You must understand that it's not about level of difficulties but rather "availability" of some sort of expert in a particular area - you don't want to get meaningless answers, do you? I saw your question but I must admit - it doesn't make much sense to me, sorry. Maybe that is how many others feel so they also keep quiet ...

Editing software lets you do what you want, but how would the app know where to insert the audio? I dont think any one wants to write you a music editor that also does avi files. I am sure there is software out there that does this, but I don't know of any that are free.

It's possible using DirectX's DirectShow. I think I seen this in the DirectX SDK. You can download the SDK in the DirectX FAQ located in the Games and Graphics area

    Re: Injection

Ok, a little description on DirectShow. You can think of DirectShow as not just a media player portion of DirectX, but a media controller as well. It can control mp3's, avi's, mpeg's, mov's, and many other media files. It can even run DVD movies from your DVD drive! DirectShow is even capable of editing media, hence that is what you are after. And I think I might have found it. Can't run it though because I have VB5, and they are using all sorts of class modules that I can't use . After you download the SDK and install it, go in your DirectX 8.1 SDK directory and it should be in this path:

    samples\Multimedia\VBSamples\DirectShow\Editing\

There should be like 5 examples of editing media. Hopefully this helps you. Otherwise I'm gonna try PSC. Here's the SDK by the way:

    No jacob..
    I have downloaded DirectX SDK..
And i have checked all given examples..
But no one was able to do what i m asking....
It was irrelevant to the solution of my problem

I have two files one is WAV and other is AVI without sound..
I want to add WAV into AVI ....

    My question is very simple...
But i have searched in all reputed Search Engines..
But not a single query helped me ......
