Problem:

How can I get the current Windows Screen Saver password?

What I have tried:
In the past I have had my own form for a password and my program saved and managed the password itself.

Details:
I want to use the screen saver password that is currently set up on the machine.

Note:
I am surprised this is not covered anywhere I have looked so far.
