How can i make Microsoft Access Files Work in Network

Can someone please Help me i need to know what should i do to make some MDB file to work in the peer to peer Network ...
You know what the problem is when i open the file in the netwok drive i see just what in the file and not the new records that other users updating ............?
Plz plz zplz plz zpl zplz plz pl z help me ...
i do anything to solve this problem ......

This one is tricky. You need a dynamic, server side cursor (which you can't get with MS Access, only a keyset) so you end up having to requery your database after a certain amount of time, which then really slows down your application and your network as well

what do you mean man what server i need ....
what program i need to make my data file syc with other users .... in Microsoft Access ......

If you use a keyset cursor, you'll be able to see other users changes to records you already have in your cache. You won't be able to see any additions until you refresh your recordset
