    Exclamation asp.net

    currently running an application via asp.net platform. when client runs the program on win2000 or winxp application runs fine. when client tries to use application with win98, during the launching of adobe pdf files the program freezes. We have tested this on several win98 desktops and the same problem seems to happen. Does anyone seem to have answer???

    How are you providing the resulting PDF files - are they being shown in a browser window, are the users downloading them?

    Do all the Win98 clients contain the same version of Acrobat reader?

    The pdf's are being viewed in a browser. All users have the same version of acrobat reader.

    Thought as much! Sounds like a problem with the Adobe PDF Browser plug-in on Win98 - you might want to try experimenting with different versions.

    Check these first:

    I have checked all those computers and did any updates recommended by adobe website, and still have the same problem. I will try to further research. Thanks for your suggestions
