1. Press Shift+F7 to jump to the form object.
2. Don't think I really understand but pressing Ctrl+F2 will select the Object dropdown, you can then use the arrow keys.

This looks like an answer to a question, AFAIK I've never started a thread in this forum without first asking a question, and as far as I can see there is no question at the start of this thread, there is only answers....

Oh... I now understand what you mean.... Well maybe you did start this thread 3 years ago, however for some reason my answer to who ever started the thread is the first post. I don't know why....
However Ctrl+F7 will show the Form (or user control) if the active window shows the code for that object.
Ctrl+F2 will set the focus to the Object Drop-Down at the top of the coding window.
