i want to get the data that comes to the explorer (before it browse the data)

Hi,
By explorer you mean INternet Explorer if yes then you can make a simple proxy thing in VB and can use that to view the data..! You can get a lot of free readymade proxy source code from www.pscode.com

I mean both internet explorer and mozilla and all the explorers...
I whant to listen to the port and filter the data

Hi,
Yes it will be for all browsers that have proxy settings. Just get a proxy source code from pscode.com and start it and set proxy settings in browser and you will be able to see/get everythign before browser does.
