Query on MSDN Connection
Anybody of you a member of MSDN Connection? If yes could you tell me the benefits of being a member of it and what maybe the consequences (e.g. will there be annual fees, etc...)

Re: Query on MSDN Connection
3 years ago we joined MSDN - got lots and lots of CD's of every product MS sells every couple of months. Expensive - but allowed us to get lots of licences for development machines in our office.
Later on we joined ACTION PACK - another MS method of getting software. That was much less expensive.
At this point we are a MS Registered Partner...
All in all, we have too many CD's - hard to keep organized and figure out licencing methods...
What are you needs?

Re: Query on MSDN Connection
I really desire to enhance my programming skills and beef-up my resume, I thought maybe joining the MSDN Connection would help...
And also, is there a forum like VBForum but is focused in technicalities (eg. computer troubleshooting, maintenance, etc...)? I have little knowledge in hardware and I want to develop my skills in it also...

Re: Query on MSDN Connection
The General PC Foum is good for those questions dee-u.
I am a MS Registered Member for the Action Pack Subscription and I get a ton of cds. Very useful resource.
As a matter of fact, I have to renew my subscription this month $$$
