Thread: AHH! Common Dialog!

    Hey y'all, I don't know when or how it happened, but for some reason I'm having some comman dialog problems.

    When I start Visual Basic, any other programs (ie Photoshop) that were already open no longer can Open/save files. Nothing happens when "Open" is clicked. Then, if I open another program after VB, the ability to open and save is lost in VB and all programs other than VB can open and save.

    It's like the common dialog is toggled between VB and Any other app and only the one that was most recently opened gets it.

    I tried re-installing the ocx's with no luck.

    any ideas?

    Very weird.. try reinstalling VB.
    Sorry, can't think of anyhting else.
