    Dee-u, I've asked the person who gave you the negative rating if they really meant to.

    In general I don't think people should post "I agree" or similar comments. I have two reason for saying this: One, it's somewhat arrogant in that (at least to me) it implies that your opinion should have weight, and two, what a mess we'd have if everyone did it. Having said that I do normally allow those kind of comments unless I start seeing someone do it a lot. I admit that my determining what "a lot" is is purely subjective, but I try to be fair.

    He probably means that this is real evidence to support the presence of potential for abuse. What if the poster never spoke out? It would not have been so dutifully taken care of.

    OK, so how do you tell what someone else's reputation is?
    Nobody knows what software they want until after you've delivered what they originally asked for.
