    Depends on what sort of laptop

    Its also depends on what you intend to do with the laptop.

    PSP = Play Good games
    Laptop = Play basic games, Type (Programming, Documents), Browse internet

    Laptop = I travel quite a bit and would like to go on my computer when travelling
    PSP = Becuase i would want to go on my PS2 when travelling.

    Can you get PSP emulators?
