    fuzzy logic

    what does sup mean in this case.. I thougth it meant supremum but then again those indices under it confuses me.

    yah thats what i thought too.. but then again its the supremum of whats inside those parentheses, and btw the supremum doesn't have to be in the set, since its a subset of a a partial order and the supremum is the least of those who are higher than all in the subset... but anyway the indices under the sup thats confusing me.
