Re: System.ArithematicException
I think you need to uninstall VS and then reinstall it again, something is definiely wrong to get an exception in the Form Designer generated code.

Re: System.ArithematicException
Did you modify the designer code at all? If not try removing that label and rebuilding your solution and running it.
Then add another label back to your form. rebuild and run. If it still fails then try a new project and if it works then your
project may be corrupt. If it doesnt work then you have an issue with your installation of vb.

Re: System.ArithematicException
i have done that all alrealy.I have reinstalled VS.net also.Reinstalled .net framework also.but to not avial.
If i remove the label and run the Form1 alone then i get the error in the Form code.
If i start the new project even then i get the same error.
What should be the problem. Is there any problem with Windows Xp SP2.

Re: System.ArithematicException
No problems that I have heard of. I run XP SP2 at work and XP SP1 at home both running VS.NET 2003 EA
no issues. Which version of VS 2003 are you running?
Are you running any antivirus or ad/spyware programs?
