    Lets get this show on the road!

    Okay, heres a nice little text editor ive made. I made it when i wasnt very good at vb, so lets make it cool!

    There's a limit to the amount of optimisation that can be done to a text editor.

    I'll be posting my fanbelt algorithm some time this week. Its not slow as it is, but it could do with a bit of tweaking.

    It's an archiving format, just like zip. Try downloading WinRAR to open it, or else PowerArchiver.

    What you never heard of WinRar? WinRar files compress files quite a bit smaller than WinZip files. Managed to squeeze 2 megs into 1.3 megs alone

    .7z is even better. i compressed a gig into 150 mb ..takes forever though

    I would have been happy with 7-Zip. I didn't know what the extension was, or even that it was an extension.
