    Packagin problem: Bootstrap

    I've read and read about the resolutions, but it doesn't get me anywhere. That support page tells me to look at reference for installing updated files, but then it doesn't say anywhere to go. Or that I could find. So when my friend tries to install my package, it comes with bootstrap errors. Anyone know what I need to do?

    Which package, what is the error, you have to include the specifics.
