Re: Hard to explain
?? You don't need to make your own thing to do it, if you're doing what i think you're doing.
Open your user page, then hold down the 'alt' key and press the 'print screen' button (on the keyboard top-rightish).
This will copy the contents of the open window into the clipboard. You can then paste it into many different programs, such as mspaint/pbrush or winword etc.
If you didn't press the 'ALT' key while pressing print screen, then it would copy the entire screen to the clipboard.

Re: Hard to explain
Clipboard isn't something you 'find'.
When you copy something (for example some text) it gets placed in your computer's memory. The name given to this space, where it's stored is called the 'clipboard'.
Just think of it as somewhere that text/images etc. can be stored. When you copy something else to the clipboard anything that was stored there before will be 'forgotten'.
When you press 'print screen' you are copying an image of the screen to the clipboard.
Many programs allow you to 'paste' something from the clipboard, in your case the screen image.
For example, select some text. Press Ctrl-C (to copy the text to the clipboard).
You can now access that text whenever you like, until you copy something else to the clipboard.
To access the text in the clipboard press Ctrl-V. If the program your're running at the time can use text in the clipboard then it will be shown.
