    If it is enabled in BIOS, just load the driver for it.

    Try

    Right Click My Computer
    Goto the Hardware tab
    Goto Device Manager button
    in the new window look under Sound, Video and game comtrollers

    is your audio device disabled? Right click and select enable to enable it. You will probably need to reboot
