How can I retrieve a person's phone number from the outlook address book
(Global Address List...not Contacts)

You need to add more CDO code to my example GAL code I pointed you to before.
Its all there, just need to add these CDO constants for phones...

Sorry for the delay, was working on an .NET user control and eating lunch and writting your demo
Just replicate the "ElseIf oFields.ID = " and add yuor other cdo fields that you need.
