I have VS 2003 Enterprise Architect installed and configured, but it tells me that I am not
running ASP.NET Web services 1.1 when I am runing 1.1.4322?

hmmm...I think I had this problem.
I know I think to fix it you need to go into the c:\windows\.NET Blah blah an dthen run a command that "does something", which fixes ya PC.

Have only used them on a few occasions, and for pretty straight forward stuff.

Try this.
This is what I did to fix the problem.

C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.xxxxx\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

or

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.xxxxx\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Depending on what windows you're running
