Vba Forms
Just wondering if anyone knew of an addin or application I can download to create better looking forms for my excel and access VBA apps?
Something like this for VBA
http://www.purecomponents.com/products/nicepanel/
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Vba Forms
That is a nice link but its a .NET component. Are you meaning do develop something similar in VBA only?
If so I doubt you will find something since even with Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003 (.NET program for VS 2003)
you can only create apps for Office 2003+.
If you do find something ould you post the link for others that may be interested?

Mr. Dogg,
I don't quite understand your post. If I were to develop using VB.Net Officetools I could use the forms but only for Office 2003+ users?
If so ... could you tell me more about using them. I have Vb.Net 2003 installed on my PC, do I need the entire VS?
Thanks

Yes, for Office 2003+ users only.
Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003 is kind of like a separate VS program, but its not a stand alone program.
It will integrate with VS kind of like a Add-In but on a larger scale.

Re: Vba Forms
Mr. Dogg,
I have been reading up on the The VS - Office Tools you have mentioned and I am hoping you can clear up some things for me.
Is there an advantage of taking my existing VBA projects and trying to enhance them with this Application? Is there any specific benefits and/or disadvantages?
Can I finally use my stylish forms????
Thanks.

Your better off writting the VBA code in VSTO .NET code.
Is there any specific benefits and/or disadvantages?
Benefits: Easier to write advanced code with only a few lines of code. Possible to to advanced features that VBA cant even touch.
Disadvantages: Only for Office 2003+. Price of VSTO.
Can I finally use my stylish forms????
Yes.
