Hi
I want my program to start before the login in Win 95.
How do I do?

This may or may not help, but if you want to run an app at the same time as the login form, change the apps name and extension to the default screen savers used on the system. When the screen saver goes to be run, the app will be launched instead 
This is excellent for getting unrestricted shells on networks!

All you have to do is add a registry entry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices and that will make it come up before the login prompt.
Or at least it does for me

As far as I'm aware, only system components and other security programs can be executed before the win95 login. Which won't allow you to run a standard .exe in case its a key a logger and your trying to get passwords.
Only thing I can think of would be to email [email protected] and ask them or http://msdn.microsoft.com
