    Resolved Table Border / Frame?

    Does anyone know how the attached is coded? (with the "Awaiting Your Response" in the table /frame)

    If you click on Search --> Advanced Search you'll see a number of examples

    I know in VB there is a "Frame" control that look exactly the same but i can't find any code on how to do it on a webpage.
