Basic setup problem - can't replace system file

    Hi,
I have a problem when running the setup for a VB Application on a Win95 machine. It says that some setup files are out of date on the system and must be replaced. After clicking Yes, it says it can't replace the file:
    C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\STDOLE2.tlb

When I try to rename this file it says I can't because it may be in use. How do you replace system files that are in use?

    Thanks
