    Add combo box in Ms Excel Sheet

    Hi friends

    I want to add a combo box in excell sheet, the objective is that , there is a list of known data and i want to pick them when they required rather than retype.
    Any one can help in this regard.

    I've never done anything like this before, but here is what I've managed to get so far (see attachment).

    When you open the workbook you'll need to switch to Sheet3. This has a combo box on it which will load the data in the first few rows of column A.

    If you're asked if you want to enable macros when you load the spreadsheet then say Yes.
