HTTP:/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
Okay people, how can I stop the above message from appearing EVERY single time I try to create a new web application solution in my vs.net please?!?!??!?!?!

Try the following where MACHINENAME is your machine's name. FYI: You're giv
ing full permissions to the ASPNET account. Probably not a good idea for a
production server.
cacls "%windir%\assembly" /g MACHINENAME\ASPNET:F /t /e
