    mud client

well thanks to everyone for all the help, i never got the whole trigger thing with regular expressions thing but this is a start, i present for everyone to try out and comment on.

    Basic mud cliend 0.5b

for anyone that doesnt know what a mud is, it stands for Multi-User dungeon,
its a text based roll playing, there are many of then and not too many good(and free) clients to connect to these telnet based games, if you still want to give it a try you can test it out on my favorite MUD Hesperia-mud.org port:7000

try it out and let me know, its supports ansi colors/rich text,it allows you to change the colors of the ansi formated text, change the font, and set up macros(set numberpad keys to perform sertain tasks), numberpad 2,4,6,8,+,- send south, west, east, north, down, up respectivly to the mud server(all the directional commands used in muds for easy navigation

i fell in love with zmud but i did not want to pay 30$$$ for it so i decided to make my own, if anyone else thinks i should add anything to it let me know and ill do my best

(not sure where to post this, feel free to move the topic)

    Re: mud client

It would be best in the game demos section maybe?

I like it, i'm not a big fan of MUD's my self but it was good nice asci art, might be good to have like a selection of control to click and choose direction rather than typing

    Pino
