ListBox Help

Hi,
I know this is a basic problem.but the thing is i have made a quiz.it now works..however im trying to import the users details he/she has entered earlyier which are stored in a .dat file into a list box at the end which is the results page.does anyone know the code for putting the .dat file info into the list box?

Import the dat file into a table and then uses that table as the rowsource for your listbox.
