Re: Attachment Size Exceeded
So even attachments in the CodeBank get removed when a user deletes his attachments? I thought there would be somewhere that they remained, or owned by the system.

Nope, no safe place. All attachments are owned by the poster, no matter which forum.

Re: Attachment Size Exceeded
I think there should be a way for attachments to become system-owned. Maybe have an admin or mod change it over? Or else, be liberal with space. I filled mine then deleted everything, then filled it up again, in a little over six months.

Re: Attachment Size Exceeded
Met your quota twice already!
I would suggest that you crop your images to a smaller size and only include
relevant areas (dont do full screen shots, etc) and try to be more selective
on what you attach. At your rate the servers would max out soon enough if
we expanded the quota many times over for everyone.
Most members seem to do ok handling their quotas. Something your doing
that the others arent is setting you apart?

more posts? I like visual clues. While they're not vital, they make the explanation easier. You know, a picture is worth a thousand words.

There is nothing wrong with that if you like managing your quota all the time.

If they aren't vital and are only for clues then reduce the quality.
Have we been using this version for 6months? doesn't feel like 6 months since we upgraded.
