$$ project, programmers needed ....

I would like to invite all of you to do a project with a group of other programmers.
The project is an internet based setup that will be spread over 4 countries
1) Netherlands
2) United States
3) United Kingdom
4) India

It's a project which mainly focuses on the client - server architecture:
This is a utility program that will allow school, offices etc. to simultaneously communicate with
other people of the same school or office and transfer personalized or business structured data in specialized 24 hour data streams
Its an expensive project but I'm undertaking it because I already got orders and I can trust you guys to help me if I pay you

Talking about paying, I'll pay you according to the thing you do.
These are the people I require

8 VB programmers (have 3 already) paying them 30 $ per month
5 Java programmers (have 1 already) paying them 30 $ per month
1 HTML programmer, paying him 20$ per month
1 Java or VB script programmer, paying him 30$ per month


I need these programmers for:
a) Creating a sophisticated web-site
b) Creating a 24 - hour, multiple based server and infrastructure
c) Creating dozens of client programs

It sounds like what you are trying to do is to allow applications to exchange data about students, finances, etc. within a school district.

You should know, if you are getting into the education market, there is already a *MAJOR* industry initiative underway called 'SIF' (Schools Interoperability Framework) that involves most of the serious educational information systems vendors in North America working cooperatively to develop a common specification for data exchange (including SUN, Microsoft and other big names too).
