Here's the code:

In the PopUpMessage class module's "general" section add the following code under the Option Explicit statement:

Private Declare Function ShowWindow Lib "user32" (ByVal hWnd As Long, ByVal nCmdShow As Long) As Long
Private Const SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE = 4

Next, go down to the "Friend Sub MoveMessage" section and replace the .show statement with:

ShowWindow hWnd, SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE
