is is possible to disable (Hide) system menu without disable right windows X closing Icon ?????

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for by try changing the BorderStyle of the form to Fixed Dialog.

Just change the forms borderstyle to "4 - Fixed ToolWindow"

It can't be done while application is runnig,
I have atteched the code to do it at Runtime.
