Hey everyone,
Can you please let me know what you think about my (reopened) site for VBeginners? Is there any useful info? Thanks.

Not bad....
1) the left frame has an add in it causing a scrollbar...No good
2) You need MORE STUFF!
3) in the tutorials & articals...make the font bigger. (or use a different one like arial)
4) you need a new Logo!! (Bleh!) Sorry..I am an artist and I get a little critical sometimes!
5)The links on the left need some sprucing up also! Make a graphic representation of each.
6) Maybe work on the Message boards to resemble something similar to VBWORLD. A standard Board gets messy to read and browse through. (Don't ask me how I have no idea)
...Don't give up! The more VB options for Help the better....if it catches on, it could be good.
(PS...can I make a new Logo?)
JPnyc rocks!! (Just ask him!)

Hi,
Thanks for the help. I'm trying to get rid of the banner, I know it's annoying. I'm also working on more tutorials. I'll make the font bigger, like you said.
It would be great if you could develop a new logo. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
Anyone else have any ideas?

hmmm, HTML Newbie??
It could be a nice site BUT:
The font face:
AAARGH, plz(!) do not use Book Antiqua as your font! Try verdana, tahoma or arial. Those are more "Website"-friendly.
Logo:
Change it!
Scrolbar on the left frame:
Remove it!
And on little thing:
DO NOT USE FRONTPAGE!!!!!!! AAARGH!
Use homesite for example: http://www.allaire.com
That's the best option...
More simplified web-tool is "coversite", you can find it in the download centers of CNET, Winfiles or Tucows.
But Homesite is the best...
Look at my page, it is made with homesite:
http://www.morph-world.com
Hope it wil help you...
Greetz,
