database help !!!

how can i load a picture from a database in a OleDbConnection
i'm trying it the hol time and i'm don't know eny more
this is what i need

1. a connection whit the database for load a picture
2. evry picture need to come in a listbox
3. the picture can by saved in a file (this is np i do this script)
