Injector

How would i go about creating a .dll injector that the user only has to choose to have it running in the background and it will inject itself everytime a certian progam is run
for example
User wants to inject this dll when so and so proggie is run
so the injector starts upon startup of windows and injects the dll when the prog runs
how would i go about getting this started?

I am failry new to Visula basic...

Im writting a visual basic project for school. I need to create a connection to a database in access and search it using sql. I have used ADODC but i was wondering how i could create the connection in the code its self on a command button....can you tell me the best way to do this
