    I was looking through some other posts when I saw one about Crystal Reports. I realized I had no idea what Crystal Reports is! What is it???

    Hi and Happy Holidays!

    Crystal Reports is basically a report designer that can be used with your own apps as well as retail programs such as GoldMine 4.0 (contact management software). It is usually more flexible than the built-in report generators in some apps.
