How to connect with net thru bluetooth?
Honestly speaking, I don’t know much about bluetooth!
However, I think I may need it soon
Now here is my problem. I use computer in my bedroom. But my telephone connection is in my living room. So, when I connect to net, I need to attach a 20 ft long cable running between rooms!
So, I wonder whether I can make the connection via bluetooth.
Please advise, what components I need to attach to my computer, and how do I convert my phone connector socket to bluetooth.
Thanks very much for advice.

I don't know the range of bluetooth, but it may be 20'. You would probably be better off with a wireless network. The first two bluetooth routers that i saw have been discontinued, but Belkin still has one.
oops. didn't see phone connection. that will not work at all. routers are for cable/dsl. don't think you can connect with dial-up.
