You asked this same question here. (We don't encourage that). In order to do much with XML you'll need to bite the bullet and look into MSXML.

Because two of us share one machine at home and we forget to log out and it automatically logs the last user in.

between the two of you, you have a heap of code to write xml, both as text files and using the DOM
start putting something together yourself, if you can't make it work post what YOU HAVE done and i am sure someone will help you then. why would someone else write all your projects for you?
just start making your form and putting the text boxes required, opening a file to save your information in and print to it if you want to write it as a text file, or spend more time with the dom sample app if you want to go that way.
