HOW to Pause and wait for Keystoke

The answer has got to be simple right? I'm trying to find away to pause the excel macro so the user can visually verify a column of data and then press Enter to continue the macro...
I see how to make the macro wait, but not how to pause it indefinately until a specific keystroke is physically pressed.
    Thanks for your help...

your post will be moved by the moderator of this forum... but just a heads up that this is the codebank, its for putting completed code projects and snipits...

your question needs to go in the general visual basic (or visual basic .net if you are using .net)

My bad, I noticed that after my post and didn't see how to change it.
It's VB, not VB.net. Thanks for moving it.
