Anyway, I was just playing Warcraft III and I liked this guy's name. His name had swift in it (I forget his full user name). For some reason, that word just attached to me and my old name really sucked so I decided to get a new one. I looked on dictionary.com for synonyms of the word swift. There were several words, and alacritous just sticked out.
I think it's correctly pronounced [with total phenetical wording...lol] "a lack critous", but I choose to pronounce it "ala critous". ala critous makes more sense as a name, but a lack critous sounds pretty cool itself.
